Ms. Adolphina William

Ms. Adolphina William is a seasoned banker with over two decade of experience in the banking sector, specializing in corporate banking, credit management, and relationship management. She is currently the Director of Credit at TADB, where she oversees credit appraisal, recovery and credit administration. Adolphina’s expertise has been cultivated through her work with prominent financial institutions, including Tanzania Commercial Bank, TIB Corporate Bank Limited, Commercial Bank of Africa, NBC, Exim Bank Tanzania, and DCB Bank, since 2002.

Throughout her career, Adolphina has held various key leadership positions, including Director of Corporate Banking at Tanzania Commercial Bank, and Director of Credit at TIB Corporate Bank Ltd. These roles have allowed her to gain in-depth knowledge and insight into corporate banking, credit management, and relationship management.

Adolphina holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Dar es Salaam, which has provided her with a solid academic foundation to enhance her practical banking experience. Additionally, she has participated in several leadership programs.
