Mr. Thay Jeudi

Mr. Jeudi has dedicated over 10 years to the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), a state-owned policy bank focused on the Agriculture Sector Development. He is currently the Director of the Green Finance Department, mainly responsible for policy formulation, product development, and oversight of projects with climate-related focus. Notably, one such program is the Cambodia Climate Finance Facility (CCFF) under the Green Climate Fund (GCF), where ARDB serves as a significant implementing entity. Previously, he held the position of Deputy Director of Credit Department.

Jeudi’s impact extends beyond ARDB, as he collaborates closely with government agencies, including the Department of Climate Change within the Ministry of Environment (MOE) and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries (MAFF), as well as developing partners. His active engagement includes supporting and promoting policy development and the advancement of sustainable agricultural practices, where he provides valuable insights, feedback, and recommendations.
