Mr. Nguyễn Hoàng Trung

Mr. Trung is the Director of Foreign Loan Department, Vietnam Development Bank (VDB). In this leadership role, he directs and supervises the management and on-lending of projects funded from 22 international bilateral and multilateral donors with a total porfolio valuation of USD 4 billion. He also spearheads VDB’s international cooperation efforts, fostering strategic partnerships with the bank’s development partners.

He is the primary focal point for engagement between VDB as Accredited Entity with Green Climate Fund and also an actively member of International Peer-to-Peer Learning Alliance on Climate Finance Integrity founded by GIZ.
