Mr. Dumisani J. Msibi

Mr. Dumisani Msibi is currently the Group Managing Director of ESWATINI DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORPORATION (FINCORP). He is an Accountant by profession with extensive experience in banking and finance having served in development finance space for over 20 years to date.  He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Durham University (United Kingdom) and a Certificate in Financial Institutions for Private Enterprise Development (FIPED) from Harvard University. He currently serves as the Vice President (Africa) for the Governing Body of the World Association of Small & Medium Enterprises (WASME) and a Board Member of Association African Development Finance Institutions (AADFI) representing Southern Africa. He is also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Centre for National Financial Inclusion in Eswatini and is also the Chairman of Eswatini State owned Enterprises.  He serves as an Executive Director at First Finance Company and Finsure Assurance Limited which companies are 100% owned by FINCORP.
