Mr. Abdelouahab Boushaba

Mr. BOUSHABA, a Moroccan national aged 56, has served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Agricultural Development Finance Company “TAMWIL EL FELLAH” since 2013.

Originally trained as a mathematician, he transitioned into the business field by earning a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Higher Institute of Commerce and Business Administration (ISCAE) in 1992. He later obtained a diploma from the Advanced Program at the ESCA School of Management in 2003, specializing in Audit, Management Control, and Strategic Planning.

In addition to his academic background, he has completed several professional development programs in Management, Quality Approach, Corporate Culture, Asset and Liability Management (ALM), Information Systems, and other related areas.

He brings over 33 years of professional experience within the Groupe Crédit Agricole of Morocco (GCAM), a universal bank dedicated to financing agriculture and rural development in Morocco for over 70 years. Throughout his career, he has held several key positions:

  • Secretary of the Executive Committee of Crédit Agricole du Maroc
  • Director of Management Control and Budget Monitoring
  • Coordinating Director of the Production and Finance Division
  • Director of the Finance Division at the ARDI Microcredit Foundation of GCAM
  • Head of Banking Activity Steering and Planning

Due to his outstanding expertise, he has also been entrusted with roles outside the banking sector:

  • Administrative and Financial Director of SIAM (International Agricultural Fair of Morocco), from 2008 to 2024
  • Deputy General Treasurer of SAS “Sporting Athletic of Salé,” a First Division football team in Morocco (6 years)

Within the AADFI, he has been an active member since 2013. He has served on the Board of Directors as Alternate Representative and Representative for the North Africa Region, as well as 2nd Vice-Chairman of AADFI. He was elected 1st Vice-Chairman during the AADFI Annual General Assembly held in Abidjan in May 2025.
